Caritas Computer Workshop provides computer rental services for companies and organizations. We aim to provide assistance to those who require computers on a short-term basis or to companies and organizations that do not have the budget to purchase computers. By paying a small fee, you can rent desktop computers, laptops, or iMacs. Additionally, the rental service includes free telephone support.
As an NGO, you will also be able to enjoy a deposit waiver and the pre-installation of Microsoft Office.
Through this program, we hope to further promote environmental reuse and drive the circular economy.

- Installation
- 1. Rent 5 or more units to enjoy free delivery and first-time on-site installation service.
- 2. All computers come with a genuine Windows 10/11 operating system.
- 3. NGO includes pre-installed Microsoft Office.
- Repair and maintenance services during the contract period:
- • Free telephone support service.
- • Free one-for-one replacement service: customers can bring the faulty computer to our workshop for a replacement.
- • Data should be backed up by the customer before replacing the computer, as our workshop will not retain any information on the recycled computer.
- • Rental customers are eligible to receive a preferential price on the information backup and/or data restoration services.
- Return
- It is recommended that you clear or migrate the software/hardware/data/license/peripheral equipment installed on the computer yourself. Our workshop will then immediately clean up the data on the returned computer.
