- Financial Assistance issued by the Social Welfare Department: e.g. CSSA, Disability Allowance or Old Age Living Allowance
- Allowance issued by the Student Finance Office: e.g. Textbook Assistance, Kindergarten Fee Remission、Low-income Working Family Allowance
- Other types of Government Financial Assistance: e.g. Low-income Working Family Allowance
- Other cases recommended by a registered social worker, schoolteacher, clergy or district
The membership is valid for one year. Upon successful approval, subsidized members can enjoy a 20% discount off on purchases from the "Subsidized / NGO Catalog*:

How to apply
- 1.Please click "Register" in the upper right corner to register as a basic member
- 2.Name of the applicant (must be the same as the name on the subsidy document provided,
e.g. if the subsidy document is for a book subsidy, the applicant is the student) - 3.Fill in your email address (each email address can only be registered for one applicant
and cannot be reused for another) - 4.Contact Number (each phone number can only be registered for one applicant
and cannot be reused for another) - 5.Set your own password (8 - 20 characters)
- 6. Click "Register"
- 7.Login to "My Account" and fill in the "Subsidized Member Application Form" and upload the documents
- 8.Your application will be reviewed upon submission, and you will receive an email notification within 3-5 working days.
- 9. If your application is successfully approved., an exclusive shopping discount code for "Subsidized Member" will be attached to the email.
